McNicoll Reassigned to Blades from AHL

ESTERO, FL - Florida Everblades President and General Manager Craig Brush along with Head Coach Greg Poss announced today that forward Cedric McNicoll has been reassigned to the team from the Charlotte Checkers of the American Hockey League.
McNicoll, who was recalled to Charlotte on January 7, saw action in six games with the Checkers. The 22-year-old picked up points in four of the six games, registering two goals and four assists and was plus-3.
The Longueuil, Quebec native returns to the Everblades lineup having collected points in six of his last eight games (4g, 5a) and posting 15 points (6g, 9a) in 21 games. Earlier this month McNicoll was named the ECHL's Plus Performer of the Month for December after finishing plus-11 for the final month of 2010.
