May Returns from AHL Loan

Las Vegas - The Las Vegas Wranglers announced Monday that defenseman Jeff May has returned to the team after being loaned to the American Hockey League's Texas Stars. He is expected to be in the lineup tonight as the Wranglers take on the Ontario Reign in the team's 11th annual Midnight Game.

May, 26, signed a professional try-out agreement with the Stars on Friday, Dec. 13, and appeared in two games. The Richmond, British Columbia native registered an assist and a plus-one rating while with Texas. May has posted seven goals and seven assists in 21 games for the Wranglers this season, and his 14 points are good for seventh-best amongst all ECHL defensemen.

The Wranglers and Reign drop the puck tonight at 11:59 p.m. in the first midnight game of the season. The Wranglers Midnight Circus, featuring local performers, returns on Sunday, Feb. 16.
