
Matt Sisca Named to ECHL All-Rookie Team

CINCINNATI, Ohio - The Cincinnati Cyclones, proud affiliate of the NHL's Florida Panthers and Nashville Predators announced today that forward Matt Sisca has been named to the 2012 ECHL All-Rookie Team.
Sisca, a 21-year old Woodbridge, Ontario native ranks second among rookies with 40 assists and 63 points, and is tied for second with 23 goals. He is tied for first among first-year players with three shorthanded assists and five shorthanded points. Sisca, who began the season with Bakersfield before being traded to Cincinnati, has appeared in 74 games in total this season. His brother, Daniel, was named to the ECHL All-Rookie Team in 2005-06 while playing with Florida.

Goalie - Philipp Grubauer, S. Carolina (43 gp, 23-13-5, 2.22 GAA, .918 sv %)
Defenseman - Andrew Hotham, Wheeling (49 gp, 8g, 33a, 41 pts., +11)
Defenseman - Mike Little, Stockton (67 gp, 9g, 28a, 37 pts., +20)
Forward - Chris Barton, Wheeling (66 gp, 28g, 30a, 58 pts., +13)
Forward - Dustin Gazley, Elmira (69 gp, 23g, 58a, 81 pts., +12)
Forward - Mathew Sisca, Cyclones (74 gp, 23g, 40a, 63 pts., +8)
Cincinnati will kick off the final week of regular season play TONIGHT as they visit the Chicago Express at 8:00pm ET. Fans can hear all the action of the game on the Cyclones Radio Network (1050-AM, America One) beginning at 7:45pm.
The Cyclones will return to U.S. Bank Arena Friday night, March 30 when they play host to the Toledo Walleye at 7:30pm. It will be Cincinnati's Largest Fish Fry AND Kids Jersey T-Shirt Night presented by the Plastic Surgery Group. Fans can enjoy fish sandwiches and $1 beers prior to the game on the outer plaza at U.S. Bank Arena. In addition, the first 1,500 fans ages 2-12 will receive a FREE Kids Jersey T-Shirt.
