QUACK TRACKS
Taking Flight
The Mallards have won four of five games since losing their first three outings.
Late Show Evansville's Damian Surma scored with just 7.4 seconds left in the third period to give the IceMen a 6-5 win over the Mallards last Friday. The Mallards fell despite setting a team season high for goals in a game. The Flock last Friday also matched a season high for most goals allowed.
Dazzling Debut Adam Russo made a team season high 47 saves on the way to earning the win in his Mallard debut last Saturday against Bloomington. Russo established another club season high by making 20 saves in the second period alone.

Home Sweet Home The Mallards last Saturday won their third straight home game. The Flock's lone home loss came in its October 16 season opener against Odessa.
Thunder Silenced The Mallards defeated Bloomington last Saturday in the first of 11 meetings between the two teams. Quad City won all nine home games it played against Bloomington last season.
Pear-less
Right wing Zac Pearson (7-4-11) saw his six-game point scoring streak and five-game goal scoring streak both end last Friday against Evansville. Pearson got back on the score sheet last Saturday by picking up an assist. Pearson is tied for third in the league in goals.
Brown Out
Goaltender David Brown's personal three game winning streak was halted last Friday in Evansville.
Bustin' Loose Mike McLean had two goals and two assists last Friday against Evansville, while Obi Aduba scored twice and added an assist in the same game. Both had failed to score and recorded just a single assist in the Mallards' six games prior to last Friday's contest.
Firsts
Darren McMillan snapped a 1-1 third period tie last Saturday by scoring his first goal as a Mallard. Tyler Shelast also scored for Quad City for the first time in the third period of the win over Bloomington. Jason Kostadine scored his first goal for the Mallards last Friday in Evansville.
Ins and Outs
Left wing Patrik Levesque (back) was placed on ten-day injured reserve last Saturday. Left Wing Phil Axtell (nose) was activated from ten-day I.R. last Saturday.
Maverick Match-up
The Mavericks head into the first of their seven match-ups with the Mallards having won just one of their last five games (1-3-1). Thursday's tilt will be the just the second road game for the Mavericks, who played seven of their first eight games on home ice. The Mavericks last season reached the second round of the CHL playoffs in their first year of existence.
Sunny Side
The Sundogs, who have lost four straight games, kicked off a stretch of seven consecutive road games last Saturday in Texas. This Saturday's game against the Mallards will be Arizona's third in three nights. This Saturday's contest is the only meeting this season between the Mallards and Sundogs and also marks just the second time this year the Flock will face an opponent from the Berry Conference.

Saturday, November 13- Mallards vs. Arizona Sundogs
Teddy Bear Toss Presented by CBS 4 and B100 Fans are encouraged to bring new, unwrapped teddy bears to the Mallards' game against Arizona Saturday and throw those stuffed animals onto the ice after the Mallards' first goal. The teddy bears collected from the ice will be donated to the Festival of Trees and distributed to children in need.
POSTGAME PARTY Thursday, November 11- T.G.I. Friday's Fans are invited to join the Mallards following this Thursday's match-up with the Mavericks for a postgame party at T.G.I. Friday's. Friday's is located mere feet away from the i wireless Center at 1425 River Drive in Moline.

Single Game Tickets
Tickets for all Mallards regular season home games are available in person at the i wireless Center box office, at Ticketmaster outlets, through www.ticketmaster.com or through Ticketmaster charge-by-phone toll free at 1-800-745-3000. The ticket office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2:00
p.m. and on game days other than Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until the end of the first period. On Sundays on which the Mallards play at home the ticket office will be open from 1:00 p.m. until the end of the first period.

Between the Pipes
"Between the Pipes," the Mallards' weekly television show, has returned on Mediacom's MC22 channel for the 2010-11 season. New editions of "Between the Pipes" air each Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. and are rebroadcast several times each week. Full weekly listings of "Between the Pipes" broadcast times can be found throughout the season on MC22's website, www.mc22.net. The program features a condensed version of the Mallards' Game of the Week interspersed with interviews with Mallards Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Frank Anzalone and Mallards players, updates on the Mallards' activities in the community and more.
