Bucks' Trimm Named Player of the Week

LAREDO, TX- The Laredo Bucks, in conjunction with the Central Hockey League, announced Monday that Neil Trimm has been named the Oakley/CHL Player of the week for the period ending November 7th.

The 27-year-old Trimm picked up five points (3-25) and scored a goal in all three games this week to help lead the Bucks to a 2-1 record and wins over the defending Governor's Cup (Odessa) and President's Cup (Rapid City) Champions. Trimm had his fifth multi-point game of the season in the Bucks 4-2 win over Odessa on Tuesday as he scored one goal and handed out two assists. Trimm scored a goal in each game against Rapid City over the weekend.

Trimm, from Westmeath, Ontario, is tied for the CHL lead in scoring with 15 points (5-1015) and has picked up a point in the Bucks first eight games this season.

Trimm will receive a gift from Oakley for this accomplishment.
