Trimm Named Oakley CHL Player of the Week

TEMPE, AZ (November 8, 2010) -The Central Hockey League announced today that Laredo forward Neil Trimm has been named the Oakley Central Hockey League Player of the Week for the period ending November 7, 2010.

Trimm scored goals in all three games he played last week and with his three goals and two assists, tied for the league lead in total points with 15 (5-10=15). Four of the Westmeath, Ontario native's scores came on the power play and he is carrying a +7 plus/minus rating, tied for the Bucks team lead. Trimm helped Laredo to wins versus Odessa (2 G, 1 A) and Rapid City (1 G, 1 A) and scored the Bucks only goal in their 4-1 loss to Rapid City.

In his third professional season, the 6-2, 200-pound forward has scored 89 points in 111 career CHL games seeing action with Laredo and New Mexico.
