"Lumberstock 2011" Scheduled for Saturday, July 23rd

Clinton, IA - Back by popular demand, it's "LumberStock 2011" at Alliant Energy Field, presented by the Clinton LumberKings and Miller Lite. The second-annual event, featuring a concert by the Danni Lynn Howe Band and a Cornhole Tournament put on by Custom Cornholes, will be hosted at Alliant Energy Field in Clinton on Saturday, June 23.

Admission for all ages is free, although there is a registration fee for the Cornhole Tournament, put on by Custom Cornholes of Clinton. Register your team for $25 in advance by calling 563-242-0727 or pay $30 at the door. Registration begins at 2:30 PM, while the tournament begins at 3:30 PM. Cash prizes will be awarded.

The Danni Lynn Howe Band, one of the premier local country acts, makes their way to the stage at 6 PM and will play until 10 PM. Food and drink specials will be offered throughout the night at Alliant Energy Field's Dr. Pepper Picnic Garden.
