
Lugnuts and Whitecaps Rained Out

Lansing Lugnuts News Release
LANSING - The scheduled series opener between Lansing and West Michigan at Oldsmobile Park on Friday night has been postponed due to inclement weather. This is the second consecutive night that the Lugnuts have been rained out. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Saturday beginning at 6:05 p.m.
Tickets for the game may be exchanged for any other game during the 2006 season at the same value based upon availability.
The Lugnuts remain 1/2 game behind the West Michigan Whitecaps in the Eastern Division. Lansing will host the first place Whitecaps for four games beginning with the doubleheader on Saturday. The games will also feature the WILX Summer Entertainment Series featuring Myron Noodleman. First pitch is set for 6:05 p.m.
