The IronPigs (34-49) play Game 1 of a three-game set -- and Game 3 of a five-game, home-and-home series -- against the second-place Rochester Red Wings (44-37) at Frontier Field... With a heart-wrenching 6-5 loss in 16 innings last night, the Pigs had their five-game winning streak snapped by Rochester one night after they snapped the Red Wings' season-high, five-game winning streak. Still, the Pigs finished 5-3 on their eight-game homestand. Lehigh Valley is 13-8 in their last 21 contests after going 3-15 in their prior 18 affairs from May 24 to June 11... The Red Wings -- Minnesota's top affiliate -- have now won six of their last seven games. Prior to this recent string, Rochester went 6-13 from June 6-26 to fall from its 2015 high-water mark of 31-28... The Pigs and Wings split the first series at Frontier Field, 2-2, from May 14-17.

RHP Aaron Nola (3-0, 1.53) will start for LHV against RHP Tyler Duffey (3-4, 2.82).

First Pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
