(HICKORY, N.C.) Dex Kjerstad's single brought home Chad Johnson with the go-ahead run in the top of the 14th inning, and the Lexington Legends went on to score three runs in the inning to take a 10-7 win over the Hickory Crawdads Wednesday night.
Infielder Kevin Kuntz pitched the bottom of the 14th to earn a save. He allowed two hits.
Kellin Deglan's three-run homer with two outs in the bottom of the ninth inning tied the game.
Carlos Garcia was six-for-eight for the Legends with two runs batted in. Frank Schwindel had five hits in eight at bats, including his 14th home run of the season.
