
Legends Rally Late, Fall Short to D-Fenders

Frisco, TX - The Los Angeles D-Fenders started the game off with hot shooting going up 25-16 by the end of the first quarter of play. The D-Fenders attack was led by Otis George who collected 13 points and four rebounds in the quarter. George finished with 20 points and 10 rebounds in 33 minutes of action tonight.
An 11 point, eight rebound second quarter performance by Dan Gadzuric brought the Legends within one point of the D-Fenders at the half. Gadzuric led the Legends in scoring and finished the night with 24 points and 17 rebounds in 37 minutes of action. Sean Williams scored 19 points on 7 of 13 shooting.
Jamario Moon logged 42 minutes of action and led the D-Fenders with 24 points and also dished three assists. Los Angeles had two players record double-doubles (George, Milsap), and had four players score double digit points.
The Legends played hard on the glass out rebounding the D-Fenders 53-44 on the night. Sean Williams, Dan Gadzuric, and Antonio Daniels all recorded double-doubles. Booker Woodfox was hot from behind the arc connecting on 3 of 4 three-pointers and finishing with 19 points in 22 minutes of action.
The Legends (24-25) face the Springfield Armor (28-21) Saturday night April 7th, at the Dr Pepper Arena in Frisco. Tip-off is at 7:00 PM.
