BOWIE, Md. - The Bowie Baysox announce a pair of roster moves. LHP Chris George was transferred to class Triple-A Norfolk and LHP Nathan Nery was transferred to Bowie from class Single-A Frederick. With the moves, the Baysox maintain a complete 24-man roster.
Nery has started 13 games for the Frederick Keys this season, going 5-6 with a 3.79 ERA. He has walked 16 batters while striking out 46 in 76.0 innings this year.
George did not appear in a game for the Baysox. He is 2-2 with a 4.28 ERA in 14 games for the Norfolk Tides, including 9 starts.
