Labatt Celebrity Bartending Series Begins At Change Of Pace January 4

Syracuse, NY (December 30, 2009) - The Syracuse Crunch, along with Labatt and Onondaga Beverage, announced today that the Labatt's Celebrity Bartending series will begin on Monday, January 4 at Change of Pace.

Crunch players Jared Aulin, Trevor Frischmon and Mike Ratchuk will serve as celebrity bartenders at Change of Pace from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, January 4. Change of Pace is located at 1802 Grant Blvd. in Syracuse. For directions call (315) 472-4409.

All tips generated by the players that night will be donated to the Clark Burn Center at University Hospital. The Clark Burn Center is a four-bed Intensive Care Unit that is a regional referral center providing state-of-the-art burn care.

The Clark Burn Center serves over 27 counties from as far north as the St. Lawrence River to the southern borders of New York State, and from Rochester to Albany, including the northern areas of Pennsylvania and parts of Canada. The Center cares for both adult and pediatric patients in the inpatient and outpatient settings.

The Crunch's next game is Wednesday, December 30 as they travel to San Antonio to take on the Rampage. The club's next home game is Saturday, January 2 when they battle Albany at 7:30 p.m. at the War Memorial at Oncenter. Season and single-game tickets are now on sale and can be purchased by calling the Crunch office at (315) 473- 4444 or by stopping by the Crunch office in the War Memorial at Oncenter, located at 800 South State Street in downtown Syracuse.
