
Kulda Returns from Atlanta

The Atlanta Thrashers have reassigned defenseman ARTURS KULDA to the Chicago Wolves.
KULDA skated in two games with the Thrashers after being recalled on Feb. 4. He has appeared in 45 outings with the Wolves this season, notching seven assists, nine points and 52 penalty minutes.
The 22-year-old blueliner made his National Hockey League debut in four games with Atlanta last season, recording two assists. He also skated in 66 outings with the Wolves during his second pro campaign last year, posting a career-high 19 assists and 25 points.
The Riga, Latvia, native also established a franchise record and ranked first in the American Hockey League with a +47 plus/minus rating - the highest in the AHL since 1992-93 - after posting a plus or even rating in 56 of his 66 outings. Overall, he has tallied 50 points (9G, 41A) in 173 career AHL outings with the Wolves.
The Wolves will travel to Texas to take on the Houston Aeros on Thursday at 11 a.m._
