West Sacramento, Calif. - A two-run homer by designated hitter Jason Krizan was a bright spot as the Sacramento River Cats (61-76) fell 9-2 on Friday to the first-place Reno Aces (76-61) in a road game at Sutter Health Park.
For the second consecutive day center fielder Heliot Ramos ignited the River Cats' lineup with a double, lining his 15th two-bagger of the year with a 113.8 MPH exit velocity.
Three pitches later, Krizan lined an 0-2 sinker 390 feet to right field to get Sacramento on the board (100.5 MPH exit velocity).
