Spokane Chiefs News Release
Let's face it: guests at the Spokane Arena are the best in the country. But, like any large group of people getting together to have some fun, there is bound to be one or two knuckleheads in the crowd that have a little TOO much fun.
For that reason, the Spokane Arena will introduce its Knucklehead Program beginning at the Spokane Chiefs vs. Prince Albert hockey game on Friday, October 9 at 7:00pm.
The program is a new text messaging service designed to give all guests the opportunity to inform appropriate staff of any issue or concern they may have while at an event.
Whether it is another guest getting out of control or a technical issue taking away the enjoyment of an event, the Knucklehead Program offers guests the ability to notify appropriate personnel via text message. Guests can look forward to having their issue resolved quickly, efficiently and, most importantly, anonymously.
Guests may simply text KHEAD Signage with instructions on how to use the program will be visibly located at various locations at the Spokane Arena beginning this Friday.
The opinions expressed in this release are those of the organization issuing it, and do not necessarily reflect the thoughts or opinions of OurSports Central or its staff.
