Manchester Monarchs News Release
LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles Kings, the NHL Affiliate of the Manchester Monarchs, have announced their 23-man player roster for the 2003-04 season. The club starts the season with a three-game road trip beginning on Thursday, October 9, in Detroit at 7:30 p.m. (ET) before games in Pittsburgh (Friday, October 10, 7:30 p.m. start) and Chicago (Sunday, October 13, 7:00 p.m. start). The Kings will host the Ottawa Senators in their home opener at STAPLES Center on October 15 at 7:30 p.m.
Center Jason Allison and right wing Adam Deadmarsh are officially listed as non-roster players. Center Jared Aulin (left shoulder dislocation; retroactive to September 4), center Michael Cammalleri (left knee sprain; retroactive to September 21), defenseman Aaron Miller (left wrist fracture; retroactive to September 15) and defenseman Brad Norton (forearm laceration; retroactive to September 30) have all been placed on the injured reserve list to start the season. In addition, defenseman Maxim Kuznetsov has been suspended by the club for not reporting to training camp.

The Kings depart for Detroit on Wednesday morning for Thursday's season opener. The game will be broadcast on Fox Sports Net, ESPN2, ESPN Radio 710 - KSPN and along the Kings Radio Network.
The Monarchs open their third AHL season at the Verizon Wireless Arena against the Worcester IceCats on Friday, October 10 at 7:35 p.m. They will also host the Lowell Lock Monsters on Saturday, October 11 at 7:35 p.m. and the Portland Pirates on Wednesday, October 15 at 7:05 p.m. For individual or season ticket information, visit the Monarchs on-line at www.monarchshockey.com or call (603) 626-7825.
