Kalamazoo will begin the week this Friday, January 23rd with a 7:15 p.m. encounter against the Toledo Walleye at the Huntington Center. The K-Wings are 2-3-0-0 against the Walleye, who begin the week in second place (25-5-3-2, 55 points) in the North Division.

Kalamazoo will conclude a three-game road swing this Saturday, January 24th with a 7:35 p.m. encounter at the U.S. Bank Arena against the Cincinnati Cyclones. The K-Wings are 4-3-0-0 against the Cyclones, who begin the week in third place (17-14-0-4, 38 points) in the North Division.

The K-Wings will return home on Sunday, January 25th for a 3 p.m. face-off versus the Allen Americans on Family Hockey Day in the 'ZOO, where the first 500 kids receive a Checkered Flag and a FREE kids meal. This Sunday will also be Kids on the Go and Kalamazoo 500 Day. Following the game, the K-Wings will host a post-game skate with the players. This will be the K-Wings lone appearance versus the Americans, who begin the week in first place (27-5-1-2, 57 points) in the Central Division.

Defenseman Sam Ftorek is moving up the K-Wings all-time game played list. Ftorek's next game will be his 372nd with the K-Wings, which moves him past Brent Jarrett (1981-1989) for ninth place all-time (ECHL, IHL, UHL) in team history.
