Shut Down

Despite registering 39 shots on net, the K-Wings weren't able to score last night. The no-goal effort marked the first-time in their ECHL history that the K-Wings were shutout.

Most Exciting Play in Hockey

In part of a 32 save performance yesterday, Jeremy Duchesne denied Trevor Bruess on a penalty shot. Including Bruess' attempt, the K-Wings have participated in four penalty shots; however, yesterdays shot was the first tried against a K-Wings goaltender.

Scoring Struggles

Second in the ECHL averaging 3.78 goals a game, Kalamazoo has had recent scoring woes. The K-Wings have scored only once in their last two games.
