Jets Assign Connor to Moose

Winnipeg, MB - The Winnipeg Jets Hockey Club, in conjunction with its AHL affiliate, the Manitoba Moose, announced today they have re-assigned forward Kyle Connor to the Moose.

Connor, 20, has recorded four points (1G, 3A) in 19 games with the Jets this season. The native of Shelby Township, Mich., is in his first professional season after spending last year at the University of Michigan where he led the NCAA with 71 points (35G, 36A) in 38 games. He was named Big 10 Player of the Year and a finalist for the Hobey Baker Award for collegiate player of the year. Connor was selected in the first round, 17th overall at the 2015 NHL Draft by the Jets.
