BOISE, ID - The Bakersfield Jam (13-7) erased a 10-point fourth quarter deficit and defeated the Idaho Stampede (3-15), 96-91, Saturday night at CenturyLink Arena. Joe Jackson scored 14 of his game-high 24 points in the final frame.

It was all tied at 50 at the half, but Idaho jumped out to a 19-6 run in the third and led by 13 points at the 5:22 mark. The Jam would end up being outscored 26-18 and would go into the final 12 minutes of action trailing 76-68.

The fourth quarter belonged to Bakersfield, as they overcame a double-digit deficit behind team defense and a strong quarter performance by Jackson. Jackson converted 10-of-10 free-throws and had three steals in the quarter. The Jam would end up outscoring the Stampede 28-15 in the fourth to pull away with a win.

Earl Barron posted his 14th double-double of the season as he scored 23 points and grabbed 14 rebounds. Casey Prather added 14 points.

Joel Wright led the way for Idaho with 21 points. John Jenkins, on assignment from the Atlanta Hawks, scored 18 points and Jerrelle Benimon posted a double-double with 17 points and 12 rebounds.

Bakersfield ends a five-game road trip with a 4-1 record. Next up, the Jam will travel back home for a match against the Austin Spurs on Thursday, January 8. Tip-off is set at 7:00 p.m. PT.
