The San Francisco Giants have made the following transactions affecting the roster of Double-A Richmond prior to Thursday's game against Binghamton:
LHP Jake Stevens (Illness) activated from Disabled List...RHP Craig Whitaker transferred to Augusta (A) [24 + 4 DL]
The corresponding moves leave the Flying Squirrels at the Eastern League maximum of 24 active players. Four players (C Matt Klimas, INF Juan Ciriaco, LHP Craig Clark, 1B Andy D'Alessio) are currently on the Disabled List.
