ELMIRA, NY - The Elmira Jackals, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Buffalo Sabres and the AHL's Rochester Americans, are on the hunt for a three-game week-long sweep tonight with the Norfolk Admirals back in town. The Jackals have won four in a row and 10 of their last 12 games.

MAGNIFYING THE MATCHUP
The Jackals conclude a stretch in which they play six of seven games at First Arena tonight against the Norfolk Admirals. Elmira is eyeing a three-game sweep this week with wins coming Wednesday versus Norfolk and last night with Manchester in town. The Jackals have won 10 of their last 12 games and are riding a season-long four-game winning streak. Tonight marks the fourth of eight meetings and the third of five at First Arena this season. After dropping the first meeting in Elmira on November 13th 4-1, the Jackals bounced back with a 4-3 victory on Wednesday. Kevin Clare, Tyler Currier, Allan McPherson and Mike Seidel scored in the winning effort while Niklas Lundstrom turned aside 51 shots to earn his fifth win of the season.
