Memphis Redbirds News Release
MEMPHIS, Tennessee - In honor of the biggest weekend of the summer, the Memphis Redbirds are excited to announce three consecutive nights of fireworks-- Friday, July 2, through Sunday, July 4-- for the biggest Fourth of July Party in AutoZone Park history.
Nothing goes better with the Fourth of July than a cookout. The Redbirds are thrilled to announce All-You-Can-Eat specialty cookout tickets that will allow fans to feast all weekend long. The Cookout Specialty Tickets include a game ticket and all-you-can-eat hot dogs, hamburgers, potato chips, cookies and up to two soft drinks per person, starting at just $31!
Cookout Specialty Tickets are available every night of the weekend of July 2-4. You can purchase the specialty tickets at memphisredbirds.com/4thofjuly. The food from this specialty ticket will be served in the Terminix Terrace from when the gates open until an hour after scheduled first pitch.
The Redbirds will launch the weekend fun on Friday, July 2, as all fans in attendance can enjoy the postgame fireworks presented by Tennessee Lottery. The first 1,000 fans will receive a Redbirds Flag Trucker Hat presented by Prairie Farms. The game is also Dress Like Your Dad BBQ Night. Fans are encouraged to come dressed like their dad for the chance to enter to win prizes including lawn mowers, leaf blowers, grills and more courtesy of Home Depot.
The party continues on Saturday night with postgame fireworks presented by Terminix. The night sky will light up after the Redbirds complete their game with the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp (Triple-A affiliate, Miami Marlins), a new opponent for the 2021 season.
The weekend wraps up on Sunday, July 4, with fireworks sponsored by AutoZone. Sunday games mean Ice Cream Sundays presented by Prairie Farms. All kids 12 and under will receive free ice cream sandwiches.
Adding to all the fun, the Redbirds will be wearing special Independence Day-themed jerseys and hats to mark the holiday weekend.
Tickets for all games on Independence Day Weekend are available at memphisredbirds.com/4thofjuly. Get your tickets to the biggest party in AutoZone Park history before they're gone!
