
IronPigs Try to Take Series from Braves

The Lehigh Valley IronPigs will look to take the series from the Gwinnett Braves on Thursday afternoon at Coolray Field. First pitch is slated for 12:05 p.m.
RHP Zach Eflin (5-1, 3.14) will be on the bump for the Pigs in the series finale. The 22-year-old got a no-decision on Friday at Charlotte after giving up four runs on five hits while walking one and fanning three in 5.1 IP. This season, Eflin has posted a 51-8 strikeout to walk ratio while holding opponents to a .210 average.
RHP Ryan Weber (0-2, 2.89) gets the ball for the G-Braves opposite Eflin on Thursday. Weber's last outing came in relief on Sunday at Durham when he gave up one run on three hits to go along with a walk and two strikeouts in 2.1 IP. The right-hander is 0-1, 3.38 (10.2/4) in 3 GS this season and is 0-1, 2.60 (17.1/5) in 9 G as a reliever.
Pigs C Logan Moore hit a solo home run on Wednesday night and is now 8-12 with a double, two home runs, three RBI and two runs scored over his last four games.
