IceGators thank Acadiana with $2 tickets

Lafayette, LA â The Louisiana IceGators announced today they are offering a special $2 Tuesday Night on tickets for Tuesday's game against the Texas Wildcatters at 7:05 p.m. The discount is a way for the IceGators to show their appreciation to the community for their help and support with the Acadiana Proud Project. Every available seat in the Cajundome will be priced at $2 per ticket.
The Acadiana Proud Project ran through the month of January and collected needed items for Acadiana's troops stationed around the world. The IceGators collected thousands of items, thanks in no small part to the contributions of the schools, parishes, businesses and individuals of the surrounding communities.
"The $2 Tuesday Night was the most visible way for our organization to say thank you to this unbelieveably giving community." said IceGators General Manager Brian Kelley. "We hope everyone that helped with this project will be able to come out and enjoy the IceGators tomorrow night. We want to express our appreciation to KATC-3 and Superior Manufacturing for sponsoring this wonderful program."
