ICE PILOTS REWIND:

PENSACOLA 5 -- TEXAS 4, OVERTIME: Defenseman Jesse Baraniuk fired the game winning goal, his first in the ECHL to lift the Ice Pilots past the Wildcatters 5-4 in overtime at Ford Arena on Friday night. The Ice Pilots built a 4-2 lead after 40 minutes only to see the Wildcatters rally with two in the third. Other goal scorers for the Ice Pilots were John Hecimovic with two, Torry Gajda and Rich Meloche added singles. It was Gadja's first goal since joining the Ice Pilots in a trade from Cincinnati earlier in the week. Meloche tallied his first professional goal in the second period. Michael Mole was outstanding in goal and posted the victory.

WILDCATTERS 7 - ICE PILOTS 3: The Texas Wildcatters blew open a close 4-2 game in the third period with three straight goals and went on to a 7-3 decision over the Ice Pilots on Saturday afternoon.

After falling behind 2-0 in the first period, the Ice Pilots played an inspired second and had the deficit reduced to one goal on two different occasions. John Hecimovic continued his hot play with a pair, both on the power play, while Dan Sullivan added a single.

WILDCATTERS 4 - ICE PILOTS 2: Despite being badly out shot through 40 minutes the Pensacola Ice Pilots were the better team and rewarded for their hard work, leading 2-0. David Wrigley and John Hecimovic notched the goals. However, the Wildcatters rallied with four in the third period including one into the empty net to pull out the win. Evan Lindsay played well in net for Pensacola despite suffering the loss.
