Ice Pilots final road trip of season begins tonight

CHARLOTTE, NC - The Pensacola Ice Pilots begin their final road trip of the regular season tonight when they visit the Charlotte Checkers at 6 pm central, 7 pm eastern at Bobcat Arena in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The Ice Pilots have played very well in Charlotte this season earning a split of games that were both decided by two goals or less. The Blue and Gold are winless in their last six games 0-3-1-2 with three of them going past regulation into overtime or a shootout.
It's the first of a two game set between the Ice Pilots and the Checkers that will continue on Thursday night at Bobcat Arena. The Ice Pilots final road trip of the regular season concludes on Saturday when they travel to Gwinnett to meet the Gladiators.
Fans can tune into tonight's game live on Classic Country AM1620 beginning with Ice Pilots Countdown to Face-off at 5:45 pm. Denis J. Puska has all of the play-by-play action at 6 pm. The game is also available on line at www.icepilots.com powered by Sportsjuice. Video coverage is provided by the B2 Networks and a high speed internet connection is required in order to view the game.
Hockey Returns to The Hangar on Sunday when the Ice Pilots host the Florida Everblades at 6:05 pm. The first 750 fans through the doors receive a complete set of Ice Pilots trading cards courtesy of OZONE Pizza.
