Ice Pilots Acquire MacIver from San Diego

Pensacola, FL - The Pensacola Ice Pilots have acquired Doug MacIver in a trade with the San Diego Gulls in exchange for Bobby Cunningham. MacIver, a 6'5", 223 pound Defenseman, had two goals, one assist, and 154 PIMs in 27 games for the Gulls this season. Cunningham, who started the season with the Laval Chiefs of the LNAH, had six goals and ten assists in 19 games with the Ice Pilots.

The Ice Pilots continue an eight game road trip with games tonight at South Carolina, and tomorrow night at Augusta. They return home on March 17th and 18th to host the South Carolina Stingrays. Both games start at 7:05 PM.
