Calgary, AB - The Calgary Hitmen defeated the Prince Albert Raiders 4-3 Saturday evening at the Scotiabank Saddledome.
Jake Virtanen, Pavel Padakin, Brady Brassart and Chase Clayton each recorded a goal for Calgary, while six different Hitmen added an assist including rookie Ben Thomas who now has five points in his last three games.
Calgary goaltender Mack Shields stopped 28 of the 31 shots he faced to record his third win of the season.
The Hitmen return to action tomorrow, Sunday, Oct. 13, when the Spokane Chiefs visit Calgary, with a 4 p.m. puck drop. Single game day tickets are available at all Ticketmaster locations and the Scotiabank Saddledome box office. Order online at www.ticketmaster.ca or by phone at 1-855-985-5000.
