Stockton Heat News Release

Ontario, Calif. - The Stockton Heat closeout their season-long five-game road trip with a 4-2 victory over the top-seeded Ontario Reign by a score of 4-2 Saturday night at Citizens Business Bank Arena. Kevin Poulin was stellar in net for the Heat, stopping 35 of the 37 shots he faced, and he even collected an assist on Derek Grant's empty-net goal that sealed the game in the third. Pat Sieloff, Hunter Shinkaruk and Drew Shore provided the rest of the offense, as Stockton ended their three-game losing skid in style. The Stockton Heat will now make their long-awaited return to Stockton, as they prepare for their home tilt against San Diego Wednesday night at Stockton Arena.
