Heat Battle Hard in 4-2 Defeat in Ontario

March 26, 2016 - American Hockey League (AHL)
Stockton Heat News Release

Ontario, Calif. - Turner Elson and Brett Kulak each contribute a goal, but that would be the only offense the Stockton Heat could muster, as they fall to the Ontario Reign 4-2 Friday night at Citizens Business Bank Arena. For Elson, the goal broke a streak of five games that he had gone without a point, while Kulak's goal moves him within one point of tying his AHL career high for a season. Unfortunately for the Heat, Peter Budaj and the Reign skated away with the win. The Stockton Heat and Ontario Reign will now look to quickly recover, as they faceoff once again tomorrow night for the finale of Stockton's season-long road trip.
