
Havern Re-Assigned to Nailers

WHEELING,WV - The Providence Bruins have reassigned forward Ned Havern to the Wheeling Nailers (ECHL), it was announced on Tuesday.
Havern, 24, suited up for seven games with Providence, finishing with a minus-2 rating and no points. The second year forward returns to the Nailers,where he began the season after training camp with the P-Bruins.
In 15 games with Wheeling, the Arlington, Massachusetts native has 15 point (8g, 7a) and eight penalty minutes. Havern, the all-time leading scorer at Arlington High School, is a former ninth round pick, 273rd overall, of the Dallas Stars in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft.
