NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. - Mark your calendars for the following dates the Stingrays will be out in the community this week:
Wednesday, Feb. 28 - Join Scott Romfo and Josh Anderson at the Shoney's in Summerville from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. They will be available for pictures and autographs as they enjoy their dinner at Shoney's.
Wednesday, Feb. 28 - Chris Chaput and Sasha Pokulok will be at the Ice Palace from 5:30 until 7:30 tonight to help coach the CYHA practice.
Wednesday, Feb. 28 - Cam McCaffrey will be attending St. Matthews Community Outreach Center downtown to visit with the children there from 4:45 p.m. until 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Feb. 28 - Across town Brendan Bernakevitch and T.J. McElroy will be at the My Gym in Mt. Pleasant (located off Highway 17 in the Wando Shopping Center) for a Kid's Club event from 5:30 until 6:30 p.m. They will be playing with the kids and teaching them some of the basic hockey fundamentals. If you are a member of the Stingray's Kid's Club, we hope to see you there!
Thursday, March 1 - Jarrett Konkle and Matt Reid will be reading to the kindergarten classes at Boulder Bluff Elementary School on Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m.
Thursday, March 1 - Before the Stingrays hit the road to travel to Pensacola, they need a good meal first. Join the entire team as they head to Sticky Fingers in Mt. Pleasant from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. for the pre-trip meal.
The Stingrays next home game is Tuesday, March 6 as they take on the Columbia Inferno at 7:05 p.m. It's $10 Tuesdays presented by Halligan's with $2 beers and 2 for 1 hotdogs. Get your ticket to the game for anywhere in the Coliseum for only $10! Can't make it to the game, listen to all the action live on ESPN Radio 910 the Team beginning at 6:50 p.m. with the Benito's Pre-game Show hosted by Mike Kelly, "Voice of the Rays"
