"We like taking three of four points on a weekend series," said Grizzlies Head Coach Kevin Colley. "We've put together a strong road trip thus far and will look to finish strong in Bakersfield next week."

The Wranglers took a 2-1 lead with two goals 45-seconds apart at 12:52 and 13:37 of the second period. Utah battled back to tie heading into the second intermission as Paul Crowder raced down the ice and fed brother Tim for his second goal of the night with 19.7 seconds left in the middle frame.
Utah battled back from a 3-2 third period deficit as Riley Armstrong, in his Utah debut, fed Ric Jackman from behind the net for a power-play tally 9:31 into the third period. Las Vegas outscored Utah 3-1 in the shootout.
Andrew Engelage turned in his fifth-straight solid performance in goal stopping 33 of 36 shots through overtime. His record is 3-1-0-1 on the road trip and the season.
