Grizzlies Battle Moose at the 'E' Center Tonight

The Grizzlies (10-29-0-2) continue their six-game home stand tonight when they host the Manitoba Moose (29-11-1-3) in the first of back-to-back games. Utah has lost consecutive home games and are 1-2 on their current home stand. Manitoba is 7-2-1 in their last 10 games and are a league best 17-3-1-1 on the road.

Utah has been paced as of late by their power play, which has scored seven of the team's last eight goals. Over their last five games, the Grizzlies are 7 for 28 with the man advantage with Aaron Gavey and Kiel McLeod each scoring a pair of goals.

Grizzlies' defenseman Keith Ballard was selected to represent the team at this year's AHL All-Star Classic. He'll play for the PlanetUSA team.

Manitoba had three players selected to the All-Star game. Defenseman Nolam Baumgartner and forward Jason King will play for Team Canada and Ryan Kessler will play for PlanetUSA.

Manitoba is three points behind Rochester for the top spot in the North Division and second in the conference behind the Amerks.

Next Game: The Grizzlies and Moose will battle again tomorrow night at the 'E' Center with face-off scheduled for 7:05 PM.
