
Four goal third period lifts Bears to win at Wilkes-Barre

In the first meeting of ten this season between the BEARS and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, HERSHEY scored four times in the third period to win at Wachovia Arena 4-2.
The Penguins opened the scoring at the 3:54 mark of the second period when Shane Endicott rang a shot off the crossbar and into the net past Peter Budaj. Colby Armstrong recorded the only assist on Endicott's blast. Ramzi Abid then scored his 17th goal of the season from Ross Lupuschuk and Kris Beech to run the score to 2-0. The goal at 13:03 left the BEARS down by two at second intermission.
A four goal comeback began with Dennis Bonvie scoring his second goal of the season at the 1:54 mark of the third period. Chris Bala then chipped in his seventh of the season at 8:41 mark before Nick Naumenko scored the game-winner at 11:16 mark. Jeff Ulmer capped the scoring with his 10th goal of the season at 17:26 on the power play. Peter Budaj won his second straight game and his 16th of the season. Marc-Andre Fleury suffered the loss in net for Wilkes-Barre.
The BEARS play the Hartford Wolf Pack Saturday night at 7:00 p.m.
