Grizzlies Announce 2007-2008 Radio Broadcast Schedule

West Valley City, Utah - The Utah Grizzlies, in conjunction with Citadel Broadcasting, have announced that 860 AM The Wolf will once again serve as the flagship station for Utah Grizzlies Radio starting with Friday's season opener in Phoenix. Pre-game coverage will begin at 7:40 p.m.; with the face-off scheduled for 8:11 p.m.

It marks the third-straight year that the Grizzlies will call the 10,000-watt 860 AM frequency home. The Grizzlies have been associated with Citadel since coming to Utah in October of 1995.

All Grizzlies games home and away will be aired on The Wolf. All broadcasts will once again start with a 30-minute pre-game edition of "Utah Grizzlies Hockey Night, Featuring the Jason Christie Show." Following the play-by-play, the coverage continues "all night long" with "Utah Grizzlies Hockey Night" post-game edition.

Utah native Adrian Denny enters his fifth season with the Grizzlies broadcast team and his third as the team's play-by-play broadcaster and Director of Broadcasting. For a second-straight season, Chris Haggin will co-host pre and post-game editions of "Utah Grizzlies Hockey Night."

The team's Tuesday night talk show "The Utah Grizzlies Live From Ruby Tuesday" will debut November 6 live from the restaurant adjacent to the E-Center.

In addition, to 860 AM The Wolf, all broadcasts will continue to be simulcast on www.utahgrizzlies.com courtesy of the B-2 Networks. All games will be available for viewing on B-2 for a $6 PPV fee.

The Utah Grizzlies, of the ECHL, are owned and operated by the Elmore Sports Group and play at the E-Center of West Valley City; which hosted hockey during the 2002 Winter Olympics. Entering their 14th year as an organization, the Grizzlies have an all-time record of 499-435-98. Jason Christie enters his third season as the Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations for the team who announced an affiliation with the NHL's New York Islanders on May 22, 2007.
