TRENTON, NJ (October 18, 2007) - The Trenton Devils today announced their opening day roster for the 2007-08 season.

The Trenton Devils' opening day roster consists of 19 players, five of whom skated with Trenton last season. The complete roster is listed below, with an asterisk (*) indicating rookies at the ECHL level.

In a separate transaction, the Trenton Devils today acquired defenseman Thomas Harrison from the Las Vegas Wranglers in exchange for future considerations.

Harrison, 23, begins his first full professional season after spending 2006-07 at the University of Western Ontario. With the Mustangs, the 6-2, 200-pounder registered 4 goals, 5 assists and 32 penalty minutes in 28 games.

Prior to his collegiate experience, Harrison spent four seasons (2001-2005) in the Ontario Hockey League: three with the Kitchener Rangers and one with the Saginaw Spirit. In 222 OHL contests, Harrison totaled 33 points (6g, 27a) and 726 penalty minutes, including a league-high 310 PIM with the Spirit in 2004-05. That same year, the Thunder Bay, ON-native made his pro debut with the Reading Royals, appearing in five games.
