West Valley City, Utah - Utah Grizzlies Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Kevin Colley announced tonight that the team has acquired defenseman Brendan Milnamow from the Bakersfield Condors to complete a December trade that sent Brad Snetsinger to California.

Milnamow has one goal and four assists for five points in 28 games with Bakersfield this year. He has also tallied a plus-three.

At six-foot-three, Milnamow totaled three goals and 25 assists for 28 points in Idaho last year, while also playing 15 games during the Steelheads Kelly Cup Finals run.

"We are excited to add another left handed defenseman with playoff experience," said Colley. "He was a reliable presence last year with Idaho as they advanced to the finals."

The Grizzlies return home Friday with Ontario. It is Maverik Night, with all tickets in the arena available for $5 when fans present a receipt from Maverik at the arena box office.
