Pederson Returned, Donati Recalled

The Elmira Jackals announced Monday that defenseman Jody Pederson has been returned to the club from his loan to the AHL's Worcester Sharks. Elmira also announced that right wing Tyler Donati has been recalled by the AHL's Connecticut Whale.

Pederson, a rookie from Smithers, British Columbia, has played in 22 games with the Jackals this season and recorded his first career point, an assist, on Jan. 12 in a 2-1 win in Toledo. The former Princeton Tiger accumulated three assists in his most recent stint with the Sharks, including a career high two helpers on Jan. 19 against Portland.

Donati has 21 points (10g-11a) in 17 games with the Jackals this season.
