Griffins Reel in Hook for Ticket Staff

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Grand Rapids Griffins on Friday announced the hiring of Bill Hook as a season ticket sales and customer service executive.
Hook joins the Griffins full time after having served as a ticket sales game-night intern this season. In his new role, he'll be responsible for generating sales and providing customer service in season-ticket sales.
A native of Hudsonville, Mich., Hook received an associate's degree from Grand Rapids Community College in 2010 and is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration from Ferris State University. Prior to joining the Griffins, he worked several years as a foreman for Lindhout Painting.
