
Greg Schuh hired as Vice President of Business Operations

Pensacola, Fla. - The 2004-2005 Brabham Cup Champion Pensacola Ice Pilots announced that Greg Schuh has been named Vice President of Business Operations.
Schuh was senior vice president and also alternate governor with the Fresno Falcons of the ECHL the last three seasons as he was in charge of the daily business operations. He directed the Falcons move into the new Save Mart Center in Fresno and was instrumental in acquiring the 2006 Bud Light ECHL All Star game and skills competition.
Schuh also worked with Topeka of the Central Hockey League and later the United States Hockey League. At the time of his departure from Topeka, Schuh was general manager of business operations. He worked his way up in Topeka from assistant general manager, director of ticketing, souvenir merchandise director and group sales director.
"Greg will bring a tremendous amount of experience to our front office," said Ice Pilots President Mario Forgione. "He knows the business and his expertise will help bring our front office leadership and achieve the goals that we want to in the community."
"I am excited about the opportunity to be working with a great organization under the ownership of Mario Forgione," said Schuh. "I know Pensacola is a great hockey city and I look forward to meeting with the business leaders in the city."
The Ice Pilots will play two home preseason games this Friday, October 14 and Saturday, October 15 vs. Gwinnett at 7:05 p.m. Cost of tickets to the Ice Pilots preseason home games are $11 for lower level tickets and $6 for upper level tickets. Fans can purchase individual tickets for the Ice Pilots preseason games in person at the Civic Center box office, at any Ticketmaster location, charge by phone at 434-7444 or through the Ice Pilots website at www.icepilots.com.
