Goulet reassigned to Quad City

The Manitoba Moose announced today that they have reassigned centre Jason Goulet to the Quad City Mallards of the United Hockey League (UHL).

This season with the Moose, Goulet had played in 23 AHL games and recently scored his first goal as a Moose on April 2 against the St. John's Maple Leafs. He added two assists for three points with two penalty minutes and 14 shots. Goulet was recalled to Manitoba on March 16 and saw action in eight of the last nine matches.

Goulet, 27, has played the majority of the 2002-03 season with Quad City. In 35 UHL games, the 6'0" centreman accumulated 12 goals and 23 assists with 16 penalty minutes. At the time of the recall, he was sitting in ninth spot in Mallards scoring and has notched six power play tallies and two game-winners.
