Reading, PA - The Reading Royals of the ECHL, affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League and the Manchester Monarchs of the American Hockey League, today announced that goaltender Danny Taylor has been recalled to Manchester. Taylor, a seventh round pick of the Kings in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft, is currently riding a three game win streak for the Royals, which began with last Saturday's 5-4 overtime victory in Dayton and continued through last night's 4-1 win over the Wheeling Nailers. In those games, Taylor, who is a native of Plymouth, England, compiled a 2.64 goals against average and a .917 save percentage. In a separate transaction, the Royals signed Anthony Feyock (6'1"/180) (23) as an emergency back-up goaltender. Feyock, who hails from Johnstown, Pennsylvania, and played his college hockey at the University of Rhode Island, has won both games he's played this year with the Indiana Ice Miners of the Mid-Atlantic Hockey League.

The Royals return to action on Friday night (7:05 pm) when the Trenton Devils visit the Sovereign Center. That night the Royals will celebrate 'Lucky Season Number Seven' with 'Casino Night' and the first 2000 adults 21 years of age and older will receive a pack of Royals' playing cards courtesy of Coors Light and All-Star Distributing. The game night broadcast on Friday will begin at 6:35 pm with the pre-game warm-up show on ESPN Radio 1240 am in Ephrata, as well as on the internet through the Royals' website, www.royalshockey.com. Streaming video is available on a pay per view basis through the B2 Networks.
