 Oshawa Generals

Generals Look for Family Day Win over IceDogs

February 21, 2022 - Ontario Hockey League (OHL)
Oshawa Generals News Release

The Oshawa Generals will be looking to end the weekend on a high note as they take on the Niagara IceDogs at Tribute Communities Centre this afternoon.

Oshawa's eight-game point streak was snapped on Saturday afternoon in Barrie and will be hoping to start a new one here tonight.

This season, the Generals have struggled against the IceDogs, losing four of five games against them.

Generals forward and former IceDogs captain Cameron Butler is still searching for his first multi-point game as a General and would undoubtedly love to accomplish that against his former team.

Patrick Leaver gets the start in the net today for Oshawa. He owns a .913 save percentage on the season with a 3.00 goals-against average.

All the action in this family day matinee game gets underway at 2:05 pm.
