VS CALGARY: This will be the sixth of eight meetings this season between the Hitmen and the Tigers. The Tigers are 1-3-1-0 vs the Hitmen this season, with the most recent match-up going to Calgary by a 4-2 margin. Tyler MacKenzie and Oasiz Wiesblatt lead the Tigers in scoring vs the Hitmen this season, but will be without MacKenzie as his status is TBD due to an upper body injury. Riley Fiddler-Shultz and Sean Tschigerl have done the lion's share of the damage vs the Tigers this season with 12 points combined. The Tigers are 3-7-0-0 in their last 10 games, while Calgary has gone 5-3-2-0.

LAST GAME: The Tigers took on the Prince Albert Raiders on last Saturday night at the Art Hauser Centre in Prince Albert. The Tigers came away with a huge 6-4 win over the Raiders. Oasiz Wiesblatt scored three times to record his first career hat-trick and Garin Bjorklund stopped 31 of 35 shots to earn his team leading 6th with of the season. Noah Danielson put home his team leading 9th of the season, while Brendan Lee (8) and Gleb Ivanov (2) picked up the other markers for the Tigers.
MILESTONES: Daniel Baker played in his 200th career WHL game on January 21st in Saskatoon. Owen MacNeil appeared in his 100th career WHL game vs the Prince Albert Raiders the following night. Rhett Parsons, Oren Shtrom, Oasiz Wiesblatt, Tyler MacKenzie, Pavel Bocharov and Teague Patton each recently played in their 50th career games, while Brayden Boehm, Ashton Ferster and Reid Andresen close in on the milestone.
PLAYER TO WATCH: Logan Barlage was acquired by the Tigers at the Western Hockey League's Trade deadline. Barlage, a second generation Tiger, scored in his first game with the Orange and Black against the Saskatoon Blades in Saskatoon on Friday. The Humboldt, SK product has 17 points (7G, 10A) in 31 games this season between the Lethbridge Hurricanes and the Tigers. Barlage is a big bodied centre, standing 6'5 and weighing in at 202 LBS. Barlage is at home in front of opposition nets, whether it's banging home rebounds, tipping in shots or acting as a screen.
