The Penticton Vees look for their second straight victory on home ice when they host the Seattle Thunderbirds at the South Okanagan Events Centre Saturday night for a 6:05PM puck drop.

The Vees used another strong start to grind out a 3-2 victory over the Portland Winterhawks last night at the SOEC. Jacob Kvasnicka and Matteo Danis each had a goal and an assist in the victory while AJ Reyelts made 21 saves on 23 shots to secure his second victory of the season.
The Thunderbirds are also playing their second game of a back-to-back after defeating the Kamloops Blazers last night by a 7-4 score on home ice. Jordan Keller had a hat-trick in the victory for the T-birds.
Following tonight's game the Vees travel to Wenatchee tomorrow to finish off their three games in three days against the Wild at 4:00PM.
Vees Player to Watch: F Jacob Kvasnicka: Kvasnicka seemingly is getting better with each game and now sits at five points in five games following his two point performance last night.
Fast Fact: Kvasnicka sits fifth in the WHL for points by a qualified rookie this season with his five.
