Tonight's game between Idaho and San Diego is the second of a three-game series, and the second for the Gulls at the Bank of America Centre this season. After this series,
the Gulls will return again for Idaho's final homestand on March 26th and 27th.

BOISE, Idaho (Ticker) -- David Bararuk scored with one second left in regulation to lift the Idaho Steelheads past the San Diego Gulls, 4-3. Bararuk, who also scored in the first period, snapped San Diego's nine-game winning streak when he recorded his fourth goal of the season in dramatic fashion. Miguel Delisle tallied on the power play late in the second period for Idaho, which has won back-to-back games for the first time since early January. Kaleb Christensen, making his first appearance of the season, stopped 15 shots between the second and third periods to pick up the win. David Neale scored with 1:47 remaining in the middle period for the Gulls, who lost for just the fourth time since December 7. Trevor Koenig allowed four goals on 26 shots to take the loss.
OFFENSIVE: Forwards Andrei Vasilyev and Jan Kopecky each have 4 points, in 5 games Vasilyev has 3 goals and 1 assists, while Kopecky has 1 goal and 3 assists in 4 games... Forward David Bararuk has 2 goals and 1 assist in 2 games.... Forward Jeff Bateman has 2 goals and 1 assist in 3 games.
MINDING THE NET: Against San Diego, Blair Allison is 0-1-1 with a 3.20 goals against average and .892 save percentage... Backup goaltender Kaleb Christensen recorded his first professional win coming in to relieve Allison on 2/04 at 5:55 of the second period. Idaho has added Theo Doubleday to the roster as emergency backup goaltender for tonight's game.
SPECIAL TEAMS: In 5 games against San Diego this season, Idaho has scored 2 power play goals with 27 opportunities, while allowing the Gulls to score 13 with 36 chances, including 2 shorthanded.
