
Wheeling's Pershin Suspended One Game

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced on Friday that it has suspended
Wheeling center Eduard Pershin for one game as a result of his actions in
ECHL Game # 691 at Johnstown on February 4.
At 18:01 of the third period, Pershin received a major penalty for slashing
and a game misconduct under Rule 85(a) after delivering a forceful
two-handed slash. Pershin is suspended one game under Rule 33A
Supplementary Discipline.
Pershin will miss Wheeling's game at Dayton (Feb. 6).
